Our parish exists for one reason: in order to "show forth" the Kingdom of God in this world. The links below will show you some of our activities and some of the fine people who help to make this parish the warm and godly community that it is. With all of the needs in the larger community of Geneva, we are always cognizant that we must work harder to broaden our outreach and to help those in need. We know that we must reach beyond the needs of our own parish to manifest the love of Christ to all. May God have mercy on us as we seek to be a more godly parish (in Greek, "paroikos" --parish-- literally means "neighbor"), bearing the name of our dear Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ with honor --
the disciples were first called Christians at Antioch (Acts 11:26).

The old saying is true: "many hands make light work." This is most true when it comes to carrying the love and light of Christ to our neighbors in Geneva. If you are looking for a loving community of sincere Christians, who worship God in the "Beauty of Holiness" and with the songs and sounds of the ancient liturgies of the Church; if you are interested in reaching out in love to those in need around us; if you desire to serve God in His Church that He established first in Jerusalem and which He spread through the Apostles to Antioch and from there to the whole world, then St. Michael's Antiochian Orthodox Christian Church is the place to be.

We need many hands to do the work of Christ in this vineyard. We welcome you to come and be part of our community. The great Mystery and beauty of the Kingdom of God awaits.
